Das oieb führt im Auftrag des Katholischen Bildungswerks St. Pölten eine Erhebung der Personalentwicklungs- bzw. Bildungsbedarfe im Bereich der hauptamtlichen Laien der Diözese St. Pölten durch.

  • Planungs-Workshop mit den AbteilungsleiterInnen
  • Bedarfserhebung: Interviews mit den Abteilungsleitern, Online-Fragebogen für die MitarbeiterInnen, Fokusgruppen
  • Erörterung der Ergebnisse mit den AbteilungsleiterInnen

Aus den Ergebnissen wird ein Bildungsplan abgeleitet.
